基于形心模型的已知自由曲面测量点规划研究

    摘要:

    数据采集是自由曲面测量的第一环节,合理规划测量点可以提高测量效率。对自由曲面测量的采样点数的确定进行了研究,探讨了自由曲面测量点的分布,由于均质体形心模型可以用在确定测量点自适应分布上,因此以均质体形心模型推导出采样算法,在算法中提出了一种新的曲率测度求法。结果表明:该方法能更好地表征了曲面的曲率,形成自适应采样矩形拓扑网格;实现测点的自适应布置,即在曲率大的地方取点较密,在曲率小的地方取点较疏,从而为数学模型已知的实际曲面的测量提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Data collection is the first part of measurement of free-form surface, so sampling point planning legitimately is essential, which can improve the efficiency of the measurement.The number of free-form surface sampling points was determined, and the distribution of free-form surface measurement points was discussed. Since the model of center of a figure of homogeneous objects was be able to use in determining the adaptive sampling point distribution, so the sampling algorithm based on the measure of curvature was derived by means of the model of center of a figure of homogeneous objects, and a new method of curvature of the measure was proposed in the algorithm. The results show that this method can describe the curvature of free-form surface better,form adaptive topology mesh of sampling rectangle. The measurement points can be distributed adaptively, in other words, some more points are needed to be measured where the curvature is larger, and less points are needed to be measured in the place where the curvature is smaller. It can provide references for the actual measurement of the known free-form surface of mathematic model.
