Abstract:According to the functional requirements and technical indicators on the leakage control robot of refined oil product pipeline, the schematic diagram of hydraulic drive system was designed, and its working process was introduced. Data communication between the STC15F2K60S2 Single Chip Micyoco (SCM) as a main controller and remote operation platform was implemented through the wireless communication module. Moreover the received data were decoded as controlling messages, and the solenoid valve and motor action were controlled through solid state relay. Finally, the remote control of hydraulic drive system is implemented.
