Aiming at the problem that the lubrication wear life of solid lubricated angular contact ball bearings can not be accurately predicted, a more accurate calculation model of wear life based on dynamic load distribution method was proposed, and the dynamic load distribution under the action of inner and outer ring loads was considered. Through the established dynamic load calculation model between the inner and outer rings and the raceway, the moving contact characteristics of the angular contact bearing were more accurately characterized. At the same time, the dynamic load segment calculation method of the entire bearing component was combined with the wear calculation model to establish the bearing wear model under the dynamic load distribution of the overall contact area. It provides reference for the wear life mechanism analysis under the bearing operation.
