机床线性轴需要使用在线检测方法，提供系统运行实时反馈的相关参数信息，从而了解和预测机床的性能，所以惯性测量单元（IMU）线上状态监测具有相当高的研究价值。提出基于空间滤波器的方法，通过IMU测量的运动误差来确定直线导轨的磨损情况，从而解决导轨磨损引起的平移和角度误差的变化问题，精度可以达到1.5 μm和3.0 μrad。主要阐述两种运动轨迹误差的跟踪方法：第一种是确定导致运动误差的导轨位置；第二是确定每条导轨非局部损坏的根本原因。这些方法有利于智能机床的优化开发，为实现机床精密控制提供可靠的理论依据。
The linear axis of the machine tool needs to be online detected to provide the realtime feedback parameter information of the system operation,which can be used to infer and predict the performance of the machine tool.The use of inertial measurement units (IMUs) has considerable research value for online condition monitoring.A method based on spatial filter was proposed.The wear condition of the linear guide was determined by using IMU to detect the motion error,then the variation of the translational and angular error caused by the guide wear could be solved.The precision can reach 1.5 μm and 3.0 μrad respectively.Two motion trajectories error tracking methods were mainly elaborated.The first was to determine the guide position caused error motion.The second was to determine the root cause of nonlocal damage along each guide.These methods are beneficial to the optimization development of intelligent machine tools and provide a reliable theoretical basis for the precise control of machine tools.
