开发了一种能提供恒压恒湿压缩空气的供气系统，此系统主要由气源处理元件、压力子系统和气体湿度子系统等组成。对系统的比例流量阀和节流阀等元件进行了选型，设计了包含干空气支路和湿空气支路的气体湿度子系统，通过PID闭环实现了在压力保持恒定的同时，通过改变干、湿两空气支路的流量配比以控制压缩气体的湿度。经试验测定：此系统能够在表压力0~0.2 MPa范围内、大气压下露点-15~20 ℃范围内同时保持压力和湿度恒定，供气流量可达79.6 L/min（ANR），为恒压恒湿供气系统的研制提供了参考。
A air supply system which could supply compressed air with constant pressure and humidity was developed. The system was mainly composed of clean air units, pressure subsystem and humidity subsystem. The proportional flow valve and throttle valve of the system were selected. The humidity subsystem including dry air branch and wet air branch was designed. The humidity of compressed gas was controlled by changing the flow ratio of dry air branch and wet air branch while maintaining constant pressure through PID closed loop. The experiment shows the system can keep constant pressure and humidity in the range of 0~0.2 MPa and atmospheric pressure dew point -15~20 ℃. The maximum flow rate of air supply can reach 79.6 L/min (ANR). This system provides reference for the development of constant pressure and humidity gas supply system.
