进给系统作为数控机床的主要组成部分，其性能直接影响机床的加工精度和加工效率，对其静动态特性进行分析有着重大的意义。运用有限元方法对数控机床进给系统进行静动态特性分析，得到进给系统的静力变形云图、固有频率以及振动特性。分析结果表明：进给系统最大变形为5.6 μm、最大屈服应力为2.8 MPa、安全系数达到15，均符合要求，说明系统结构刚度好，设计合理；模态分析结果为预防共振、保证加工质量提供了理论依据，有一定的工程应用价值。
As a main member of NC machine tool, the feeding system directly affects the machining accuracy and efficiency of NC machine tool, so the analysis of the static and dynamic characteristics is of great significance. The static and dynamic characteristic of the feeding system was analyzed by using the finite element method, and the static deformation nephogram, natural frequency and vibratory characteristic of the feeding system were obtained. The analysis results show that the maximum deformation of the feed system is 5.6 μm, the maximum yield stress is 2.8 MPa, and the safety factor reaches 15, all the above meet the requirements, which shows that the system structure stiffness is good and the design is reasonable; the modal analysis results provide theoretical basis for preventing resonance and ensuring machining quality, it has certain value for engineering application.
