The size measurement and stacking for microshaft parts produced by the traditional walking machine are mostly completed by manual work, which is inefficient and errorprone. Aimed at the above problems, a mechanical device with stable, reliable, highefficiency automatic measurement and doublestation stacking equipment was proposed. The control system was developed based on Siemens S7300 PLC and TIA Portal software, and hardware configuration, multilingual mixed programming, manmachine interface and so on were all designed under this platform. The automation of the belt conveying, direction correction, transfer buffer, size measurement and doublestation stacking for the microshaft parts was realized. The equipment has been developed and applied, and the quality of measurement and the efficiency of stacking have been greatly improved.
