Aimed at the problems of cavitation, cavitation damage and noise easily occurring in water media cartridge valve under high pressure conditions, different valve core structures and valve seat structures were designed to reduce cavitation and cavitation damage.Through the theoretical analysis, the method of reducing the generation of cavitation was obtained. FLUENT simulation software was used to study the cavitation generation of different valve core and valve seat structures under high pressure conditions. The results show that the secondary orifice with inclination angle has better anti-cavitation characteristics, and the elliptical valve core can reduce the pressure drop concentration. The degree of cavitation occurs relatively minimum when the elliptical valve core is matched with the secondary orifice with inclination angle.The research results can provide reference for the design of water media hydraulic valve.
