In order to ensure the processing accuracy of the parts, the technological measures to prevent the deformation of the positioning guide plate were studied. Through the structural analysis of the positioning guide plate, the processing difficulties were determined. Reasonable processing technology was developed, and three antideformation technology measures were put forward, including precompensation, tooling, one groove and two pin holes. The specific process of the three technological measures and their combination measures used to prevent the deformation of the positioning guide plate were introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of the three technological measures and their application scope were discussed. The results of processing practice show that the three technological measures and their combined measures can be used to solve the processing deformation problem of the positioning guide plate, and the effectiveness of these technological measures is verified. The three technological measures and their combined measures provide reference for solving the processing deformation problems of similar largediameter, difficulttomachine materials or highprecision disc structure parts.
