在综采工作面供液系统中，由于管路系统的压力损失对工作面液压支架动作的稳定性和快速性影响较大，所以该压力损失不容忽视，要力求采用一种压力损失较小的供液方法。采用理论计算并基于 Simulation X 仿真软件对不同供液方式下管路系统的压力损失与现场采集的数据进行分析。结果表明：理论计算与 Simulation X 仿真结果和现场数据在供液管路压力损失方面的变化趋势保持一致，验证了梯形供液方式的压力损失较小，约为5.0 MPa,且第1台支架和最后1台支架之间的压力损失约为1.0 MPa，是最适合于当前综采工作面的一种供液方式。
In the liquid supply system of fully mechanized working face,because the pressure loss of pipeline system has a great influence on the stability and rapidity of the hydraulic support action,the pressure loss can not be ignored,it should strive to adopt a liquid supply method with less pressure loss.Theoretical calculation and Simulation X software were used to analyze the pressure loss of pipeline system under different liquid supply modes and the data collected on site.The results show that the theoretical calculation results are consistent with the Simulation X results and field data in the variation trend of pressure loss of liquid supply pipeline,the pressure loss of trapezoidal liquid supply mode is small is verified,its value is about 5.0 MPa,and the pressure loss between the first support and the last support is about 1.0 MPa.Trapezoidal liquid supply mode is the most suitable liquid supply mode for the current fully mechanized working face.
