Abstract:In order to solve the problem of low efficiency in long-distance travel of electricity-driven full hydraulic rotary blasthole drill,a mobile hydraulic power device was designed.It had a fast connection system,which could greatly improve the usage efficiency.The integrated travel mode and rescue mode could provide power to travel hydraulic system and auxiliary hydraulic system of the drill,so the problem that electricity-driven or diesel-driven drill could not timely transfer due to various faults was solved.The model of auxiliary power system was established by Automation Studio software,the risks of the system were analyzed,and the optimal parameters were obtained.The assembly and test of the whole device were completed.The test results certify that the mobile hydraulic power device meets the design requirements.
