Mine-used solenoid pilot valve is an important component of hydraulic support electro-hydraulic system to achieve high precision and automation control.In order to improve its dynamic response performance and reduce energy loss, an adaptive current drive control strategy using four voltage sources was proposed based on the mathematical model, and a Maxwell+AMESim co-simulation model was built to verify the correctness of the mathematical model.Its response characteristics, energy consumption characteristics and duty cycle characteristics were analyzed through simulation. The results show that the total opening and closing time of the adaptive current drive control strategy is reduced by 22.6 ms compared with the single voltage drive,the response performance is improved by 22.5%, the controllable duty ratio is improved by 5.7%, and the power loss is reduced by 34.6%, which effectively improves the response performance of the pilot valve and reduces the energy loss.
