The performance of the cycloid gear grinding machine’ s rotary table was investigated in order to increase machining precision and transmission process stability. The turntable transmission system’ s dynamic model was firstly constructed. The torsional rigidity and damping coefficient of the connecting shaft were determined using the turntable’ s actual characteristics. The created dynamic model was solved using Newmark-β algorithm,getting the transmission system’ s stability and transmission accuracy in the transmission process. Finally, an experimental platform was created for verification. The experimental results reveal that the rotary table transmission system has an excellent dynamic response and can achieve high positioning accuracy and repeatability.
