Abstract:Aiming at the problems of large flow and pressure ripple of the whole system,low output efficiency and short service life of the hydraulic components caused by the different synchronization of the hydraulic cylinder in the work,the mathematical model was built with the valve control cylinder as the research object,and the control strategy of fuzzy RBF neural network + cross-coupling was proposed to control the synchronous action of the hydraulic cylinder.On the basis of traditional fuzzy control,the fuzzy control and RBF neural network control were fused together,and the tracking controller and synchronization controller were designed according to the mathematical model of the system to achieve accurate control and synchronous feedback of the valve control cylinder system.Simulation results show that compared with traditional PID and fuzzy PID systems,the fuzzy RBF neural network + cross-coupling synchronous control strategy has high synchronization accuracy,fast response speed,good robustness and stability.
