Abstract:At present,most of the research methods on the feasibility of automobile body integrated die casting machine are relatively simple,and it is difficult to accurately evaluate its comprehensive performance.In order to solve the above problems,a fuzzy evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was established by using AHP to give weight and utilizing fuzzy mathematics to make comprehensive evaluation.The applicability evaluation index system of automobile body integrated die casting machine was constructed,and the comment set was established as easy to realize,between the two,can be realized,between easy to realize and can be realized,can be realized,between can be realized and difficult to realize,difficult to realize.Taking a new energy automobile body integrated forming die casting machine as an application case,52 professionals were invited to vote to determine the membership degree of each factor set to construct a fuzzy evaluation matrix.The membership degree of easy to realize is the maximum calculated by AHP determined weight,the comprehensive performance is better in actual production.The research shows that the stiffness of the key parts,the repeated positioning accuracy,the energy consumption and the wear resistance of the key parts of the automobile body integrated die casting machine have a great influence on the applicability.
