    摘要:

    为探明螺旋输送机卸料口流量脉动产生的原因,基于离散单元法(DEM)模拟球形颗粒在螺旋输送机中的流动过程,对螺旋周期结构和颗粒周期流动进行分析,得出了流量脉动产生的原因并提出了降低流量脉动的方法。结果表明: 料槽中颗粒的周期性不均匀分布和螺旋面对颗粒的周期性阻挡造成了流量脉动;不同结构形式的螺旋输送机卸料口流量脉动对比为:无轴螺旋输送小于有轴螺旋输送,双轴螺旋输送小于单轴螺旋输送,斜卸料口结构小于正常卸料口结构;所提斜卸料口双轴螺旋输送的脉动值(1.14)与普通螺旋输送(2.25)相比降低了49.33%,基本实现了螺旋输送机卸料口颗粒的稳定流出。

    Abstract:

    In order to find out the cause of the flow pulsation at the outlet of the screw conveyor,the flow process of spherical particle in the screw conveyor was simulated based on the discrete element method (DEM),the screw periodic structure and the particle periodic flow were analyzed,the cause of the flow pulsation was obtained,and the method to reduce the flow pulsation was proposed.The results show that:the flow pulsation is caused by the periodic uneven distribution of particles in the trough and the periodic blocking of particles by the screw surface;the flow pulsation contrast of screw conveyors outlet with different structures is that:shaftless screw conveyor is less than screw conveyor,double shaft screw conveyor is less than single shaft screw conveyor,inclined outlet structure is less than normal outlet structure;the pulsation value (1.14) of the proposed double shaft screw conveying with inclined outlet is 49.33% lower than that of screw conveying (2.25),and the stable outflow of particles in screw conveyor outlet is basically realized.
