    摘要:

    针对大量工程实践对于滚动轴承性能可靠性的研究需求,对于滚动轴承性能可靠性的随机演变过程开展具体分析。选取服役期间滚动轴承的性能为研究对象,开展专门的试验获取轴承性能的原始时间序列,采用多种混沌预测方法预测轴承性能未来时间序列并构建可靠性演变函数。基于速度与加速度的联合演变特征量刻画了滚动轴承性能可靠性演变的不确定态势,实现了滚动轴承性能可靠性的内在演变趋势的分析和预测,有效揭示了轴承性能可靠性演变的随机力学本质。

    Abstract:

    In view of the research demand on the performance reliability of rolling bearings in large quantities engineering practice,the random evolution process of the performance reliability of rolling bearings was analyzed.The performance of rolling bearings during service was selected as the research object,the original time series of bearing performance was obtained by special tests,the future time series of bearing performance was predicted by a variety of chaotic prediction methods and the evolution function of reliability was constructed.Based on the joint evolution characteristic quantity of velocity and acceleration,the uncertain situation of rolling bearing performance reliability evolution was described.The analysis and prediction of inherent evolution trend of rolling bearing reliability are realized,and the stochastic mechanics essence of bearing performance reliability evolution is revealed effectively.
