    研发一种具有金属内衬的法兰式碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFRP)液压缸缸筒,通过复合材料的本构关系和厚壁圆筒理论推导CFRP缸筒的应力应变公式,建立数学模型,并结合强度和刚度理论,进行液压缸缸筒轻量化研究。运用Abaqus软件进行仿真分析,验证所提出方案的可行性,联合Isight软件进行优化设计,以DOE试验设计寻找最优解。结果表明:优化设计后,CFRP缸筒满足强度和刚度要求;液压缸缸筒质量由16.58 kg减少到5.26 kg,总体减轻68.3%,达到轻量化设计目的。

    Abstract:

    A hydraulic cylinder barrel of flange carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) with metal lining was developed.The stress-strain formula of CFRP barrel was derived by the constitutive relation of composite material and the theory of thick-walled cylinder,and the mathematical model was established.Combined with the strength and stiffness theory,the lightweight of hydraulic cylinder barrel was studied.Abaqus software was used for simulation analysis to verify the feasibility of the proposed scheme.Combined with Isight software,the optimization design was carried out to find the optimal solution by DOE experimental design.The results show that the CFRP cylinder can meet the strength and stiffness requirements after optimization design.The weight of the hydraulic cylinder is reduced from 16.58 kg to 5.26 kg,and the overall weight is reduced by 68.3%,and the purpose of lightweight design is achieved.
