    为了研究水基高速开关阀的动静态特性,以一款水基高速开关阀电磁铁为研究对象。阐述其结构及工作原理,在Ansoft Maxwell软件中搭建电磁铁仿真模型;通过研究平面形磁极和锥面形磁极的稳态电磁力的大小,得到该水基高速开关阀电磁铁更适合采用平面形磁极,且得到稳态电磁力与半锥角θ之间的关系;加入隔磁环对环路磁通进行优化,并分析隔磁环结构参数对电磁力的影响规律,根据仿真结果及生产工艺确定了隔磁环的最优参数;最后针对电磁铁滞后时间长、响应频率低的问题,提出一种复合PWM控制策略来提升电磁铁的动态特性。根据仿真和试验结果,电磁铁滞后时间缩短了15.8 ms,响应频率由29 Hz提升到了40 Hz。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the dynamic and static characteristics of the pilot stage water-based high speed on-off valve of a water-〖JP〗based proportional valve,a water-based high speed on-off valve electromagnet was selected as the research object.Its structure and working principle were explained.An electromagnetic simulation model in was built by Ansoft Maxwell software.By studying the steady-state electromagnetic force of planar and conical magnetic poles,it was found that the water-based high speed on-off valve electromagnet was more suitable for planar magnetic poles,and the relationship between the steady-state electromagnetic force and half cone angle θ were obtained.Then,a magnetic isolation ring was added to optimize the magnetic flux of the loop,and the influence of the structural parameters of the magnetic isolation ring on the electromagnetic force was analyzed.Based on simulation results and production processes,the optimal parameters of the magnetic isolation ring were determined.Finally,a composite PWM control strategy was proposed to improve the dynamic characteristics of the electromagnet in response to the problems of long hysteresis time and low response frequency.According to simulation and experimental results,the hysteresis closing time of the electromagnet is shortened by 15.8 ms,and the response frequency is increased from 29 Hz to 40 Hz.
