Abstract:By taking a certain type of excavator as the research object,the three-dimensional(3D)model was set up and assembled based on the solidworks.Then put it into the ADAMS,the virtual prototype system was established by adding a constraint condition.Based on the ADAMS simulation analysis,the main force curve,acceleration curve and scope of mining of articulated point were obtained.Compared the acceleration curve and corresponding point stress curves and investigated the relationship between them.The changing of the acceleration effects on the articulated force curve of excavator was analyzed.It provides the data support for the checking of the excavator bucket,movable arm,and bucket rod intensity to facilitate further optimizing and designing of the excavator.
