The influence of the working fluid conductivity on the multiple cutting process of MSWEDM was studied through experiments. The influence of the working fluid conductivity on machining states (machining voltage, machining current) and the influence of the working fluid conductivity on the cutting speed, surface roughness and machining accuracy (precision, waist drum shape and shape accuracy) were studied. So the limit value of working fluid conductivity in the finishing machining was determined, to ensure the feasibility of the working fluid intelligence exchange on MSWEDM.
