Abstract:The 3-TPS hybrid machine tool was taken for vibration test analysis and simulation analysis by using the ADAMS software,and the rigid-flexible coupled model of the machine tool for dynamic simulation analysis was established.The vibration characteristics of the machine tool in each direction were analyzed,and the cutter point’s position deviation under cutting force was analyzed with simulation.The results show that the vibration response in Y,Z direction of the machine tool is larger and smaller in X direction;under the action of milling force,the cutter point’s displacement has appeared obvious deviation and made the machining accuracy reduced.
