Abstract:In order to figure out the vibration characteristic of the airplane hydraulic pipe under the periodic pulse fluid effect, the vibration mechanism was analyzed, the mathematical model of the vibration characteristic of the airplane hydraulic pipe was established, and ANSYS was used to establish the 3D model of the hydraulic pipe of a certain type of airplane. Different pipe materials and fluid pulsation influences on pipeline system were considered. The results show that periodic pulse fluid can cause the hydraulic pipe's severe vibration, piping material stiffness and the pipeline length directly affect the amplitude of the hydraulic pipe. The vibration amplitudes of the hydraulic pipe are different in different directions, which can cause inhomogeneity of the pipe's vibration.
