    摘要:

    提出了一种新的加油控制方式——变频加油。该方法通过传感器获取油体流速,用流速信号控制变频器,从而改变泵的转速。此方法既能得到实际应用所需流速与压力差,又能减少电磁阀所带来的较大误差。与其他加油方法相比,此方法能明显提高加油精度。

    Abstract:

    A new refueling control mode was proposed——Variable frequency refueling. The flow rate of fuel was measured with a transducer and then the signal was used to control a variable frequency driver, thereby the speed of pumping was varied. The desired flow rate and pressure head for the application were not only achieved by this method, but also rather large error caused by the electromagnetic valve was reduced. As compared to other refueling modes, this mode can obviously improve the refueling accuracy.
