A new type of vertical garage carrier trolley was designed, to reduce parking construction height and decrease the overall underground garage digging space. The trolley load distribution during the operation was calculated, the frame steel structure strength was checked, the motor was selected and checked. Engineering practice shows that the new carrier trolley is feasible in the vertical garage application. 
