Abstract:The mathematical model of electro-hydraulic position servo system of hydraulic vibration table was established, and the characteristics and limitation of using principle of proportional control were analyzed with simulation. The controller policy of using simultaneously the three state variables of displacement, velocity and acceleration as feedback was adopted, and the new model was established again. Theoretical analysis and simulated calculation were carried out. Theoretical and simulated results prove that the policy of three state controller expands the bandwidth of system, improves damping of the system and corrects the hydraulic vibration table so as to reach comprehensive performance, and satisfies more requirements of test.
