Regarding the square carpet machines as the research object, the structure of packaging machine and pneumatic system were introduced. The structure included carpet stacking, sorting packing, storage, forming boxes and packaging. Then the performance and packaging efficiency were analyzed based on the process of packaging, acquiring the methods of improving production efficiency. Finally the impacts of concurrent operating on system working pressure were investigated, which could be eliminated by increasing suitable energy storage. 
