Abstract:Based on the standard turbulence model of κ-ε equation, SIMPLEC algorithm was used to solve the N-S equation, and Computer Flow Dynamics (CFD) sliding meshing technique was applied to make the unsteady numerical simulation on the whole working process pf screw compressor. The distribution of pressure, temperature and velocity, as well as suction and exhaust reflux and eddy distribution of the whole working process of screw compressor, which consisted of suction, compressor and exhaust, were analyzed. Thereby it provides reference for the suction, exhaust design and the optimization of screw compressor.
