Abstract:In view of the strong nonlinear pneumatic valve controlled cylinder system, the AMESim linear analysis tool was applied. Symmetric and asymmetric, spring and without spring and other dynamic characteristics of valve-controlled cylinder system were analyzed, at the same time, the impact of dead volume of cylinder, air pressure, the cylinder diameter, the piston stroke, cylinder leakage and some other parameters on the system characteristic were analyzed. The results of the study provide references for the selection of system components and making of control strategy.
