温等静压机卸压系统的建模与仿真

    摘要:

    研究温等静压机卸压系统的组成与特性,采用理论辨识法得到控制系统数学模型,研究模糊控制算法在不同孔径组合阀的温等静压机卸压系统的应用。采用模糊推理机设计工具FIS构建模糊控制器,将其嵌入到SIMULINK仿真工具,组建卸压系统仿真平台,并进行5种常用工艺曲线的跟随控制仿真实验。仿真结果表明:模糊控制算法可以满足温等静压机卸压系统的宽压力域、高精度的卸压曲线控制要求。

    Abstract:

    The constitution and characteristics of the releasingpressure system of Warm IsostaticPressure (WIP) machine were studied. The mathematic modeling of control system by theory identification was gotten, and the application of fuzzy control arithmetic on the releasing-pressure system of WIP machine based on the different aperture combinational valves was studied. The fuzzy illation software FIS was used to design fuzzy controller, which was embedded into the simulation platform to build up the simulation platform for releasing-pressure system, and to carry out simulation experiment for five common-used techniques curves of following control. The simulation results show that the fuzzy control arithmetic can meet the requirements of wide-pressure extent and high-precision curve controlling of the releasing-pressure system of WIP machine.
