    摘要:

    为了充分发挥四轴运动控制开发平台的功能潜力,以其为研究对象,开发了三轴数控铣床半实物仿真实验系统。该系统通过库函数将软件功能与硬件控制相结合,实现了通过软件来控制硬件的控制方式。基于OpenGL图形库和内置定时器实现了路径仿真和加工仿真功能。该系统既可进行单机路径仿真,也可联机控制电机运行及实际路径仿真,以适应不同的实验场合。经过测试,证明该半实物仿真实验系统能有效挖掘实验设备的潜在功能,有助于培养学生对数控系统的设计能力。

    Abstract:

    In order to exert the full potential of 4-axis motion controlling development platform, an experiment semi-physical simulation system of 3-axis NC milling machine is developed by taking it as a research object. This system was combined of software functions with hardware control by function library, which realized hardware control method by software. The path simulation and machining simulation functions were realized based on OpenGL library and timer built-in. This system could be run not only on a single computer for path simulation, but also online to control running of motor and simulate practical paths, in order to adapt to different experiment fields. By tests, it is proved that this system can fully exert the latency potential function of test devices, which is helpful to train the design ability of students for NC system.
