The modeling and simulation of “MISSION”10"×8"×14"hydraulic control system of flushing pump were finished by using AMESim simulation software after the working principle and basic configuration of hydraulic control system of fracturing blender truck's row sand pump being analyzed. The dynamic simulation of hydraulic control system was carried out, by aimed at the condition of load fluctuation and unstable moment of inertia on the system. The results show that the system has good dynamic capability and reliability, and can meet the requirements of fracturing and pressing conditions in the working process.
