Abstract:The basic theoretical knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) were explained, the basic expressions of the electromagnetic field were given and the electromagnetic field model of high speed electromagnetic solenoid valve was established depending on the demand of high performance of some high speed electromagnetic solenoid valve. The electromagnetic field of high speed electromagnetic solenoid valve was analyzed by aimed at the different working air gap, different non-working air gap, different winding parameter, different temperature and different voltage, and etc. Not only the distribution image of electromagnetic field of the valve was gotten to analyze magnetic saturation level, but also the curve of electromagnetic force under the different working air gap, different non-working air gaps, different wire diameter, different layers, coil current, NI value and temperature were obtained to analyze the factors that influenced electromagnetic force of high speed electromagnetic solenoid valve by structure parameters and work conditions. The theoretical references are provided for the design of the electromagnetic control unit of high speed electromagnetic solenoid valve, and some notes are given in the design process of high speed electromagnetic solenoid valve.
