    摘要:

    对一种新型无阀结构的三柱塞式连续液压增压器进行了结构及工作原理分析,在增压柱塞位移与斜盘转角间的关系和力学分析的基础上得到了斜盘转矩的表达式。斜盘转矩曲线表明:在进油压力一定的情况下,进油柱塞能为斜盘提供持续、稳定的转矩,实现配流连续,保证增压器的正常连续工作。

    Abstract:

    The working principle and components of a new threecylinder hydraulic turbocharger which had novalve were analyzed. The relationship between the displacement of the cylinders and the angle of the inclined dial was studied.The torque of the inclined dial was reached by the dynamics analysis about the new hydraulic turbocharger.The torque curve of the inclined dial shows that when the pressure of supplied oil is equal, the torque of the inclined dial which is supplied by the cylinders is steady and continuous;the working of the new hydraulic turbocharger is continuous.
