    摘要:

    提出一种同构式主从液压机械手,应用直线型光栅作为主手位置的检测装置、应用步进式电动推杆驱动从手,设计了新型液压传动装置并用此液压装置传递动力,主手的直线型光栅发出的脉冲经硬件电路处理后,直接作为步进式电动推杆的驱动与控制脉冲,步进式电动推杆经液压传动装置把运动传递给机械手的从手,从手可完全、实时重复主手的动作。

    Abstract:

    An isomorphism type masterslave hydraulic manipulator was presented. Applying linear grating as the main hand position detecting device, applying stepping type electric push rod to drive the slave hand, a new type of hydraulic transmission was designed and the hydraulic device was used to transfer power. The pulses generated by master hand linear grating were processed by the hardware circuit, then they were directly as the control pulses of the stepping electric push rod. Through hydraulic transmission device, the stepping electric push rod transferred the motion to the slave hand,so the slave hand could completely repeat the movements of the main hand realtime.
