The robot calibration is a hot research at home and abroad, and has become one of important works in the process of robot production and application.The robot calibration in three aspects: link parameter of robot calibration, tool coordinate frame calibration and the calibration between robot and other equipment were researched. From the calibration principle to the application of specific methods, the different calibration objects take the different calibration methods. The shortage of the existing robot calibration and the development trend of calibration were put forward, which lays a certain foundation for the subsequent development of robot calibration.
