    摘要:

    提出基于车铣复合工序集中的数控加工工艺方案,设计出一种车铣复合夹具装置。以二维平面装夹方式,分析轮辋工件的可装入性和取出性,确定轮辋工件的夹紧点位置。基于平面机构运动学的原理,分析车铣复合夹具中其中一个卡爪夹紧的运动轨迹,进而设计一种能够减少气缸工作行程的快速夹紧机构,该夹具装置夹紧方便可靠。

    Abstract:

    The plan of NC turnmill compound machining process based on integrated procedure was proposed, a turnmill compound fixture equipment was designed. The load performance and removal performance of the wheel rim workpiece were analyzed according to the twodimensional plane clamping method, the clamping point position of wheel rim workpiece was determined. Using the principle of planar mechanism kinematic, one’s claw kinematics trace of turnmill fixture was analyzed, so that a quick clamping structure which could reduce the cylinder stroke was designed. This fixture device is convenient and reliable.
