    摘要:

    为提升地铁隧道刚性悬挂接触网安装施工中锚螺栓孔钻孔工艺,研发一种新型隧道内钻孔设备。该设备通过液压系统驱动其钻孔定位运动。根据其功能要求设计了液压控制系统,根据液压控制系统中各电磁铁和继电器动作顺序的要求设计了电路控制系统,并利用无线遥控开发板和对讲机设计了该钻孔设备的无线信号控制系统。通过机电液系统参数的合理匹配与设计,开发出了具有较高稳定性且自动化程度较高的隧道内钻孔设备。

    Abstract:

    To improve the anchorboltholes drilling process in the tunnel rigidsuspensioncatenary installation and construction, a new type of tunnel drilling device was developed.In the device,hydraulic system was used to drive its mechanic motion. According to its function requirements, the device’s hydraulic control system was designed. According to the needs of the sequence control of relays and electromagnets, the device’s circuit control system was designed. A wireless remote control system which was composed by wirelessremotecontroldevelopmentboard and walkietalkie was designed to control the signal of the device’s control system which made the drilling device more convenient and intelligent. Through electrohydraulic system parameters reasonable match and design, a tunnel drilling device with strong stability and relatively high degree of automation was developed.
