    摘要:

    为了提高数控机床的几何精度,建立了数控机床几何误差的数学模型,选用API公司的XD5LS五维激光干涉仪,依据ISO2302:2006标准,一次测量同时得到5项几何误差,最后在实际试验中提出针对SINUMERIK 840D系统的三轴数控机床补偿方法。实验数据证明:该三轴数控机床几何误差补偿方法简单有效易实现。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the geometric accuracy of computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools, the mathematical model for geometric error of CNC machine tools was established. Meanwhile, selecting the five dimensional (5D) laser interferometer XD5LS from API company, then according to the ISO2302:2006 standard, the 5 items of geometric errors were gotten at one measurement time. At last, during actual experiments, a compensation method was put forward for the three axis CNC machine tool which was based on SINUMERIK 840D system. Experimental results show that the geometric error compensation method for the three axis CNC machine tool is simple, effective and easy to realize.
