    摘要:

    盘类瓷器底部磨削以手工为主,效率低且易伤手。提出了一种新型盘类瓷器底部磨削装置,可以实现瓷器自动进给、自动磨削、自动退出。该设计采用升降机构实现磨削高度调整,可以适应于对不同高度盘类瓷器的磨削。建立了升降机构关键零件三维模型,用ANSYS软件对齿轮进行了分析,并对机构内壳体做了设计优化,在此基础上制造的样机在实际工作中运行良好,达到了预期效果。

    Abstract:

    The bottom of disctype porcelain is usually grinded by hand.It is low efficiency and easy to hurt the hand. A new type of bottom grinding device for disctype porcelain was put forward. Porcelain could be automatically fed, automatically grinded, automatically quitted. The lifting mechanism was used to realize grinding height adjustment, so it can be adapted to the different height grinding of disc type porcelain. A threedimensional model of key parts for lifting mechanism was established. Contact stress on the gear meshing was analyzed by using ANSYS software.The internal shell was designed and optimized. The prototype runs well in practical work. The desired effect is achieved.
