Abstract:According to the use conditions of rubber bushing in real vehicle, test conditions of rubber bushing were put forward. Overall plan of crank connectingrod dual spring fatigue test bench for rubber bushing was draw up, the test bench exciting mechanism of constant force amplitude was analyzed, and key components of the test bench were designed. Through mechanical processing, assembly and debugging, the rubber bushing fatigue test bench was established, of which precompression, exciting force amplitude and excitation frequency can be adjusted.
