    摘要:

    针对全液压六臂伞钻能量损失较大的问题,设计了负载敏感液压操控系统,并建立了全液压伞钻负载敏感系统AMESim仿真模型,仿真验证了系统的负载敏感性能以及回转回路的调速性能,结果说明:负载敏感回路中流量与控制阀开口量相关;在多个负载同时工作时,系统压力和流量均为负载敏感阀所调定的压力和流量,验证了液压系统设计与参数设置的合理性。

    Abstract:

    For a sixarm hydraulic umbrella drill,its energy loss is big.To solve the problem, a loadsensitive hydraulic system was designed,and its AMESim simulation model was established. The system's sensitiveness to load and speed control properties were validated by simulation. The simulation results show that in the loadsensitive hydraulic circuit, the flow is relative to the opening amount of the control valve; when multiple loads work simultaneously, the system keeps the pressure and flow that have been set by the loadsensitive valve. In conclusion, hydraulic parameters in this design are accurate and the design is validated by the simulation model.
