Abstract:For aircraft products, dynamic balancing is usually realized by removing materials on the parts. In a company, there are severe requirements for circumferential angle, position, depth, circular arc and roughness on the material to be removed during balancing. In the past, material is manually removed by air tools, resulting in irregular and unsmooth shape with different depth. It is liable to cause defects such as burns, which adversely affect the safety of product quality. A simple material removal machine was designed and manufactured for dynamic balancing purpose. It has the advantages of simple structure, easy to manufacture and convenient to use. Now the machine is extensively used in operations as material removal on shafts and thin parts. The machine is very efficient and will gain much in popularity.
