Abstract:In engineering application field, Gantry structure is used more and more widely. This structure has the advantages of high speed and high precision, but its application technical difficulty is very large. Based on the study of PID synchronization algorithm, a synchronization scheme based on TRIO multi axis motion controller was put forward. In the scheme, dual linear motor was used, and it had already been used in highspeed and highaccuracy placement machine localization. The fact proves the reliability and advancement of this scheme.
