    摘要:

    针对飞机重力重心测量存在周期长、姿态不易调整、自动化程度不高和效率低等问题,提出一种重力重心自动测量方案,开发一套重力重心测量控制系统,采用计算机、可编程逻辑控制器,并结合激光测距、倾角传感检测和伺服控制的方式,实现了飞机姿态自动调整、飞机重力自动测量、重心自动计算、实时状态监控显示、远程监视和控制等功能。应用结果表明:开发的测量装置控制系统改变了传统姿态调整以及测量计算、分析和处理的方式,降低了劳动强度,测量效率及自动化程度大幅提升,验证了系统可行性和安全稳定可靠性。

    Abstract:

    According to the problems of long period,difficult attitude adjustment,low level of automation and efficiency about aircraft weight and gravity center measurement,a kind of automation measurement scheme was proposed for aircraft weight and gravity,and a set of measurement control system about weight and gravity was designed and developed.This system was composed of PC and PLC,and combined with the ways of laser ranging,angle sensing detection and servo control.The functions of attitude automatic adjustment,weight automation measurement and gravity center automation calculation,realtime status monitoring display,remote monitoring and controlling were realized.The application shows that this designed measurement device control system changes traditional attitude adjustment,measurement calculation and the ways of analysis and treatment,manual labor intensity is reduced,the measuring efficiency and the level of automation are promoted,system feasibility and safety reliability are verified.
