    摘要:

    在研制分子泵过程中需要试制多台分子泵样机。为有效监测试制分子泵的运行状态,设计一套专用监测系统,该系统通过通用串口同分子泵控制器通信,获取分子泵电机相关状态;通过外部布设传感器获取设备振动信号。除此之外,监控系统还具有在线数据实时处理功能、数据监测和数据存储功能。通过该监测系统已开展了大量的测试试验。

    Abstract:

    In research process of molecular pump, many molecular pumps have been built. A special equipment is needed to collect the device running status efficiently. A special supervising system was designed, which could communicate with the bump controller to get motor related status by serial port, and acquire vibration signals from the sensors equipped around the bump. Besides, the system could deal with the acquired data in real time, supervise the running bump and store the data in pre-setted time interval. By use of the system, a lot of experiments have been done.
