    摘要:

    进行了机油控制阀性能测试台的设计。采用基于砝码加载的恒压供油装置实现了全程恒压供油;用程控PWM电源激励机油控制阀,实现了对机油控制阀005~105 A的电流扫描;实时检测机油控制阀的电流、流量、压力,获得电流-流量测试曲线、压力曲线,从曲线上提取特征物理量;采用基于数据采集卡的硬件实施方案,采用图形编程语言LabVIEW编写设计程序,实现了测试过程的自动化。

    Abstract:

    For oil control valves, the testing platform was designed. The platform included a constant pressure oil supply system which pressure was kept by loading weights. In the platform, a program controlled PWM source was used to excite oil control valve to realize a continuously variable supply current from 005 A to 105 A. The parameters of oil control valve, including current, flow rate and supply oil pressure, were dynamically inspected and recorded. With a data acquisition and a LabVIEW language program, the platform could automatically export currentflow curve, currentpressure curve and any features based on these curves.
