Abstract:In order to reduce development cost and cycle of control system, to enhance repetition and normalization of related knowledge, a virtual control platform is estabilished based on GX Developer、GX Simulator、MX OPC SEVER4.20 and kingview6.55 software, and etc. A control system was designed with controlled object of three degrees of freedom (3-DOF) hydraulic manipulator. The overall design scheme, software programming and design of configuration interface were focused in introduction. The simulation result illustrates that the design scheme, which provides experimental supporting to research and development of actual manipulator, has strong feasibility.
