In the fierce competition in the automotive market increased daily, enterprise or suppliers seek a variety of ways to improve economic efficiency. The transportation and storage of autoparts are generally considered as “The third profit source”. The existing warehouse for autoparts can not satisfy the demand in different places and the unstable demand for different parts. Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing warehouse for small auto-parts, the design of automatic stereo warehouse for small and medium-sized auto-parts is studied from the viewpoint of automatic storage. The finite element analysis (FEA) of the main force structure or components was conducted. The virtual assembly of the system was simulated by CATIA. The simulation process of the simulated motion is completed to verify the feasibility of the assembly.
