Abstract:In order to improve the electro-hydraulic proportional valve control application scope, a new structure of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve is proposed, its driving part adopted moving-coil electro-mechanical transformer. The working mechanism of the moving-coil electro-mechanical transformer driven electro-hydraulic proportional valve was described, the static characteristics were studied and analyzed, and tests of the static characteristics were conducted through experiments. The results show that the new structure of electro-hydraulic proportional valve is reasonable. Its static characteristic index is basically satisfied, for the further study of the moving-coil electro-mechanical transformer driven electro-hydraulic proportional valve with a reference value, and for the study of new electro-hydraulic proportional valve with a positive meaning.
